The ‘bronze bush’ has a new geometry and it has been made with special materials and with an increased surface area, to offer greater durability and maximum system safety. The manifold has been reinforced with a ‘double rib’ welding system that offers greater security for a more stable and repeatable manufacturing process and a second joint has been added: it stops the transfer of vibrations from the engine to the muffler and reduces the load on the manifold, created by the weight and accelerations of the exhaust.”

The integration of the new design reduces vibration at idle speed and increases passive-safety by preventing the prop from spinning during pre-flight checks.
The engine is compact and has a balanced weight distribution for reduced torque. The Moster Plus features a new exhaust system designed to greatly reduce noise without sacrificing performance. The entire engine was designed with a “quiet flight” in mind. This includes a proprietary air box, transmission belt, and a special “Db killer” silencer.
The Vittorazi Moster Plus comes with a “soft starter system.” This makes it even easier to start the motor while in flight or on the ground. For Pilots looking for even easier, the Moster Plus can come with dual-start (electric & pull start) as an upgrade.
The Moster Plus is a clean, basic, and simple engine – making general maintenance a breeze. The “plug and play” design of the engine makes it very quick and easy to install on your favorite cage. The total weight of the engine (with manual start) is only 14.2 kg (31 lbs).
