NOTE: Any modifications, adjustments, non-OEM parts, or non-authorized repair work applied to a BlackHawk Paramotor can (or will) void the BlackHawk Paramotor Warranty. The aforementioned can also void third-party warranties (like the HE Motor Warranty or other components that carry a separate Manufacturer Warranty). Any modifications, adjustments, parts, and repair work MUST be approved by our Headquarters in Valley Springs California. Accessories
- Return for refund within: 30 days (unopened or unused)
- Return for replacement within: 30 days (manufacture defects only)
Merchandise under this Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund (unopened or unused). All items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.
Gliders
- Non-refundable
- Return for repair within: 2 years (manufacture defects only)
Full warranty for 2 years to the original purchaser from the date of original purchase of any factory defects. This warranty excludes any and all items that are damaged by the pilot in launching, landing, flying, transporting or misuse of said Velocity Gliders.
Note: All Velocity Recon & Elektra gliders are made to order and are subject to material availability. Build times may exceed 4 weeks
Paramotors
- Non-refundable
- 2 year factory defect warranty
Each and every item that makes up a BlackHawk powered paramotor has a full warranty for two years to the original purchaser from the date of original purchase of any factory defects. The following items are included in this warranty: cage, couplers, rods, frame, gas tank, harness, carabineers, throttle, motor mounts and motor mount plates. This warranty excludes any and all items that are damaged by the Pilot in launching, landing, flying or transporting or misuse of said BlackHawk Powered Paraglider.
Paramotor Engines
- Non-refundable
- Return for replacement within: 6 months (manufacture defects only)
All engines carry a 6 month Manufacturers warranty against factory defects from the original date of purchase. All engines are subject to the manufactures warranty and conditions Warranties are not transferable to anyone other than the original purchaser. Please contact BlackHawk for Manufacturers warranty conditions or claims. This warranty excludes any and all items that are damaged by the Pilot in launching, landing, flying or transporting or misuse of said BlackHawk Powered Paraglider. Not included under our warranty are any type of engine seizures caused by improper carburetor tuning ,adjustment or failure to properly follow the manufacturers maintenance instructions.
All shipping will be paid for by the buyer for warranty work.
By purchasing from BlackHawk Paramotor USA and/or Velocity Paragliders USA, I agree to get proper qualified training from a reputable instructor prior to using any paramotor gear, and will not use any equipment outside of its intended purpose.
All sales are final.
Paramotor Lessons / Training:
Please note that Paramotor Lessons with BlackHawk Paramotors USA are NON-REFUNDABLE. Additionally, a non-refundable $500 deposit is required to secure a specific training date. If you have any questions, please contact our office directly PRIOR TO PURCHASE (209) 786-7899.
