Florida has become a mecca for Powered Paragliding enthusiasts! Aside from California, there are more Powered Paragliding Pilots in Florida than any other State. We are proud to welcome Higinio Morinigo-Gill (or “Ike”) to the BlackHawk Team! Ike has been a Powered Paragliding Pilot for nearly 2 decades and is the owner of Florida Powered Paragliding (an exclusive BlackHawk Dealer & Trainer). His love for aviation goes back to childhood and he has dedicated his life to sharing his vast knowledge with others. In addition to having his Private Pilot’s License, Ike is also an ASC certified Basic Flight Instructor. Ike’s Powered Paragliding School in Florida follows the strict guidelines set by the United States Powered Paragliding Association. This ensures students will receive the same consistency and quality of Instruction provided by ALL our National Training Centers.
