Florida has become a mecca for Powered Paragliding enthusiasts! Aside from California, there are more Powered Paragliding Pilots in Florida than any other State. We are proud to welcome Higinio Morinigo-Gill (or “Ike”) to the BlackHawk Team! Ike has been a Powered Paragliding Pilot for nearly 2 decades and is the owner of Florida Powered Paragliding (an exclusive BlackHawk Dealer & Trainer). His love for aviation goes back to childhood and he has dedicated his life to sharing his vast knowledge with others. In addition to having his Private Pilot’s License, Ike is also an ASC certified Basic Flight Instructor. Ike’s Powered Paragliding School in Florida follows the strict guidelines set by the United States Powered Paragliding Association. This ensures students will receive the same consistency and quality of Instruction provided by ALL our National Training Centers. BlackHawk Paramotors Heading to Florida Fly-In!

 

The 8th annual Planet PPG Christmas Fly-In is upon us. BlackHawk Paramotors will be traveling across the country to the Pine Island Airport in Florida for the event. Mike Robinson of BlackHawk commented “We are happy to support Paul and Planet PPG by attending the Fly-In. We look forward to a successful event and hope to get some great flights in.”

Pilot fees are only $30 and they are offering free tent or trailer camping. Featuring a 2700′ grass strip, the event will cater to Powered Paragliders, Powered Parachutes, Ultralights, and Fixed Wing Aircraft. Fly-Ins are an excellent way to meet people with the common interest of aviation, to enjoy great food, experience new places to fly, and to support the individuals who spend the time to organize such an event. Paul Czarnecki of Planet PPG Stated “We have a lot of pilots planning on attending this year.
